"Helpful support, but I felt a bit misled"
I had to check something before placing my order, and to be fair, the support team got back to me quickly. They explained things clearly and were patient when I asked a couple of extra questions, which I appreciated. That said, I did feel a bit misled by some of the info on the site because it made things seem more straightforward than they actually were. Luckily, support helped sort it out the same day, so overall it turned out fine...

"Easy Return, No Drama"
I ended up sending the item back quickly—kind of one of those “this just isn’t going to work for me” moments. Anyway, the return process was fast, and the refund showed up soon enough, so I really can’t complain.

"Faster Delivery Than Expected"
I’ll admit, I’m usually loyal to another brand, so I wasn’t totally sure about switching things up this time. But there were a few delivery options to choose from, which made it easy, and my order actually showed up sooner than I expected. Definitely made me rethink where I’ll be ordering from next time.

"Decent for Work Gear"
I ordered some scrubs and a few other bits from Medshop, and overall it was a okay experience. They had what I needed for professional use, which was the main thing. A couple of items did feel a bit expensive, and delivery wasn’t exactly fast, but everything arrived and did the job in the end. Personally, I’d use them again if I needed something specific, but I’d probably shop around first.

I ordered from Medshop and everything turned up in good condition, but the delivery took a little longer than I’d guessed it would. The tracking didn’t really move for a few days or so, which made me wonder what was going on. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially fast. I’d probably order again if I had a bit of time to spare...

"Decent scrubs, but the shoulders betrayed me"
I ordered some scrubs from medshop.com.au and overall they were close on sizing, but wow, the shoulders were just a bit too tight and made themselves known immediately. The fabric feels okay, nothing terrible, but it’s not exactly what I’d call a dream for a long shift. They’re not bad at all, just not my favourite fit, and I don’t think I’ll be reaching for them first when the workday feels like it might never end.

"Had what I needed when others didn’t"
I was trying to find a few medical supplies that seemed to be out of stock everywhere else, but Medshop actually had them listed as available. Ordering was straightforward, no messing around, and the stock info seemed to be right, which was a relief. I didn’t have to wait forever or follow up with anyone, so that was nice. Overall, I’m happy with it, mainly because I could just get what I needed when I needed it, and that’s kind of the whole thing...

"Seems legit, just a bit unclear"
I ordered from Medshop once and, yeah, it did show up, so I wouldn’t say it’s dodgy or anything. I was a bit unsure at first, well, more like the updates were slow, so I didn’t really know what was going on with my order for a while. The prices seemed fair to me. Overall, I’d say it seems trustworthy, just not the smoothest experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well they kept me in the loop. I didn’t have to keep following up or wondering what was going on, which isn’t always the case with some companies. Updates came through when they were needed, and everything felt straightforward

"Exchange took a little longer than expected"
I had to exchange an item, and it did get sorted out in the end. I did wonder at one point if I should’ve followed up sooner because the emails weren’t the quickest, and it took a bit longer than I thought it would. That said, the staff were helpful enough once we got things moving, so overall it was okay.

"A little tighter than expected"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting a bit tighter than I was hoping. The quality seems fine, so I’ll probably keep it, but I do wish the sizing chart had been more accurate before I bought it.
